The appropriate total length for contact is your arm span fingertip-to-fingertip. For spinning and double meteor, a short, doubled poi length is advisable, approx. 120 cm. The stage balls have a matte finish and are available in 15 beautiful colors. The 90 mm balls are great for spinning, the 100 mm balls are better suited to contact and have a larger visual impact.
